3. If you are an applicant, but not the property owner, please upload a document showing you have received permission from the property owner to proceed with this application.

4. If you are applying for a retaining wall over four feet in height you will need to fill out a W-9 form and submit your escrow monies. A link will be sent to you once you submit your document to complete this process.
